No , this plan is under Shared Team and It will be a pool of techs who will be handling the issues under all Shared Plans and we will add more resources as and when needed.
We will inform you once the usage reaches 100 % and will work until we hear back from. If you are ok for the extra billing after 100% usage, we will continue the work and send the extra bill at the end of the month. You can refer the way the Admmin Hours calculated from here you.
Once you reach 100% we will send you a report which will be having ticket Id and Time taken for each of those tickets. If you ask us to continue the work, then we will continue and then after the billing date, we will send you the extra billing amount as a separate invoice.
