Server Malware Cleanup Services package is designed for Hosting Company Owners who may need a helping hand to scan the entire server and find the culprits and clean up multiple accounts which are infected.

Malware cleanup is done through 2 methods
  1. If we have root access, then our custom scanner will be installed and will do a full server scan and clean up them and we will do a manual cleanup using some of our manual steps as well.
  2. If we have only account-level access, then we need minimum bash shell access, and then we will search for bad files using multiple methods and all these processes are manual in nature. It will take more time than having root access and may be more payment may incur if the account size is large. If you only have account-level access, another thing you can do is get a full cpanel backup or public_html backup zip file and download link and we will do the cleanup after copying them to our backup server, we will do a scan there and manually clean up them and then provide you a list of removed/bad files and cleaned backup zip of the folder.

These method will have additional payment if the size of the account is more than 3 G and we may normally charge them on per hour basis as clean up process is manual.

In General , We can do any kind of Malware Cleanup Process and do provide services / Consultation on how to fix such kind of malware infections in future which if followed normally have lesser chance of future infections.

For Server Cleanup , Root Access is Must and For Account level Cleanup, Root access is a added advantage and will take lesser time as well.
