This Per ticket plan is for those who just have started the business and can't afford large amount of amount for support as they are not yet started earning that much.

No , this plan is under Shared Team and It will be a pool of techs who will be handling the issues under all Shared Plans and we will add more resources as and when needed.
All our plans are time limited and we give great importance to Time. So in order to prevent the Abuse we have this limit setup so that we can prevent abuse of resources.
We will be informing you as soon as you will be reaching 100% or around 100% and we will wait for your decision and till that we will be managing the desk. We will not simply abandon the desk without hearing back / getting confirmation from you.
