After the upgrade of mariadb v10.2.35 or v10.3.26 , sometimes when a user tries to download a database or create a database from his cPanel account the databases management page shows an error. Also, the user would not be able to access the database from the command-line interface.
The MySQL server is currently offline.
Since the cPanel development team is working on a permanent fix for this issue, they have provided a workaround for the meantime.
Note: If running the autorepair script above does not resolve your issue, please attempt restarting the SQL service.
