How to Enable error reporting in joomla

I have one question. Probably it will be a simple one, but i don't actually know how to enable error reporting in joomla.

Can anyone guide me?

Try changing the value of $error_reporting from 'default' to '6135' in /home/account/public_html/configuration.php
