Problem with adding addon domain

Hello,

From last two, three days i'm trying to create addon domain with in my hosting account but getting following error:
(XID sw6bvz) A DNS entry for “mydomain.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

Please would you help me solve this.

Hello John,

It seems the DNS zone for your domain already exist on the DNS cluster is conflicting, you can remove the old DNS zone using the below script.

Code: Select all

/scripts/killdns 'domain-name'

Note: Please replace 'domain-name' with your exact domain.
