Ioncube error

Hi,

kindly check i am installing a whmcs script on my domain

but it is giving the following error

Site error: the ionCube [5] PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a
widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code,
website security and malware blocking. Please visit
get-loader.ioncube.com [6] for install assistance.

i checked in the server tweak settings and it is checked but still
giving ioncube error, Please would you let me know what would be the issue. How can i solve this error?

Hello Yang-Tze Ong,

Ioncube loader is one of the basic requirements for WHMCS. Please would you make sure the Ioncube loader is installed with current PHP version for your WHMCS installation, you can verify same from the PHP configuration settings in WHMCS or by adding a PHP info page on WHMCS location.

Hello Aaron,

Thank you very much for your prompt response. I have checked the configuration settings for current PHP version and found that Ioncube is not installed with it, so I have installed it via EasyApache. Now the WHMCS is installed and running fine.
