When trying to create an addon domain in a cPanel account, I am receiving the below error.
"Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver."
Please help me to solve this.

Re: Issue while creating an addon domain in cPanel
Hi Tommy,
You can try below steps to get rid of this.
> Log into WHM.
> Navigate to Home »IP Functions »Configure Remote Service IPs.
> Then click on the second tab on the right “Remote Name Server IPs” and enter the domain’s remote DNS server IP address/es.
> You should enter one address per line.
> Then click on Save.
Once the above steps are done, you will be able to add the addon domain in cPanel.

Re: Issue while creating an addon domain in cPanel
Hi Tommy,
There are two ways to fix this. One method has been already mentioned by Jackk. You can try out that.
If it doesn't fix the issue, you follow the below steps:
> Log into WHM.
> Go to Tweak settings (Home »Server Configuration »Tweak Settings).
> Find the “Allow Remote Domains” option in Tweak Settings.
> Set it to On and click on Save.
Now you will be able to create add-on domain in your cPanel without any issue.
Note : After creating the add-on domain, make sure you set Allow Remote Domains back to Off.
