Hi,

Today i faced a strange error as I am not able to send email to one of my client email address. The error I am getting is given below. Is any one can help to sort out this issue?

Error: invalid sender by SPF from x.x.x.x (in reply to RCPT TO
command)
Reporting-MTA: dns; relay.mailchannels.net
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.1 Error: invalid sender by SPF from
x.x.x.x

Hi,

Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is a specific type of DNS TXT record that identifies which mail servers are permitted to send email on behalf of your domain. The main purpose of an SPF record is to prevent spammers from sending messages with forged From addresses at your domain.

Please make sure if you have properly configured SPF record for your domian. Also, if you are using any email client like outlook, Please check and verify SMTP authentication is enabled on it.

Are you using mailchannel for sending and receiving emails?. From the log you have provided can see mailchannel mention.

Okay, if that so we need to allow mailchannel IPs in our SPF records. Please read through the below article. That explains how we can achieve the same.
