How to access phpmyadmin without cpanel logins

Is it possible to provide phpmyadmin access without providing cpanel login details ?. I don't want to provide cpanel access to my site developer.

Hi,

It is possible to setup a new phpmyadmin and provide access to database without providing cPanel access to your developer. cPanel doesn't recommend this way due to security risks. Please check the below url :

You can provide remote mySQL access for your developer by adding his IP address in cPanel 'Remote MySQL'.

cPanel >> Databases >> Remote MySQL >> Add Access Host

Ask your developer to use any mySQL admin tools (like mySQL Workbench) to connect to the database.
