I had the below message from a customer, could this be something to do with any server changes. I know this is because of the failure rate however the below gmail account he says does exsit.

it seems the mentioned error was initiated because of the below WHM settings in WHM > Exim Configuration Manager
Ratelimit incoming connnections with only failed recipients [?]
Ratelimit incoming SMTP connections that have only sent to failed recipients five seperate connnection times in the last hour.
What I suggest is look for any file named /var/cpanel/email_send_limits/max_deferfail_xxxxx.co.uk and if found remove that file from the server after take a backup.
