Problem accessing the site

Would you like a help of all, I do not know if anyone else has experienced this problem.

The pluguin is correctly installed all OK, what happens when we put in given account in public_html the 5.2 version of PHP when the site access occurs is done downloading a file.

They can help me with this, and the site needs PHP 5.2.
Must give a solution to the client

That sounds like the handler for 5.2 version is not properly added. Please provide us the output of the following command run from your server.
