Hi Tommy,

If you have a full cPanel backup of an account, make sure it is located in any one of these directories on the server: /home, /home2, /home3, /root, /usr, /usr/home, /web. If it is not you will need to move a copy of the file to these directory to restore.

Once the file is placed in above mentioned directory, you can follow the steps below to restore a cPanel account.

1. Login to WHM as root.
2. Navigate to Main >> Backup >> Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file.
3. In the Transfer Method, select 'Restore with Username'.
4. Enter the username for the account you wish to restore. Select the correct file from the found cpmove archives.
5. Then click on restore.

This may take some time to complete if the account is huge in size.
